By participating in the Challenges you further grant your consent to ZebPay to contact you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You further agree that you are also bound by the <a href=\"https:\/\/zebpay.com\/in\/legal-privacy#terms-of-use%E2%80%8B\">Terms of Use<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/zebpay.com\/in\/legal-privacy#privacy-policy\">Privacy Policy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/zebpay.com\/in\/legal-privacy#aml-policy\">AML Policy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/zebpay.com\/in\/legal-privacy#futures-trading-policy\">Futures Trading Policy<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/zebpay.com\/in\/legal-privacy#risk-disclosure\">Risk Disclosures<\/a> and all other terms (hereinafter collectively referred to as \u201c\u200b<strong>ZebPay Policies<\/strong>\u200b\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Words capitalised and not defined hereunder shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the ZebPay Policies referred to above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Period:\u200b<\/strong> The Challenge will be effective as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-wiRlp wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>a) From 11th February, 2025, 12:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) to 25th February, 2025, 11:59 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) (\u201c<strong>Term<\/strong>\u201d). <br>b) Notwithstanding anything stated in 1(a) above, ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, alter or extend or end the Term of the Challenges at any time at its sole discretion. Participants (defined below) are advised to review the updated terms and conditions from time to time.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Challenges’ Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-ZRLbYx wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p><strong>Challenge 1: <\/strong>Trade in the pairs of TRUMP-INR, PENGU-INR, ELON-INR, CHILLGUY-INR, GIGACHAD-INR, POPCAT-INR, FARTCOIN-INR, WIF-INR, PEPE-INR, BONK-INR (\u201c<strong>Coin Pairs<\/strong>\u201d), for a cumulative amount of INR 25,00,000\/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) (\u201c<strong>Challenge 1 Threshold<\/strong>\u201d) or more on ZebPay\u2019s Quick Trade during the Term and stand a chance to win exciting Rewards (as described in Clause 4 (b) below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Challenge 2: <\/strong>Trade for a cumulative amount of INR 5,00,00,000\/- (Rupees Five Crores only) or more (\u201c<strong>Challenge 2 Threshold<\/strong>\u201d) on Futures on the ZebPay Platform and the highest profitable trader shall stand a chance to win exciting Rewards (as described in Clause 4 (c) below).<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Eligibility: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-ZGJjuT wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>A. To be eligible to participate in any of the Challenges, a User is required to satisfy all the following criteria (\u201c<strong>Participant<\/strong>\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-Z1Q9K9v wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>a) Participant is a registered User of ZebPay Platform in India, who has completed their KYC and bank verification in accordance with the ZebPay Policies;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Participant\u2019s account with Zebay remains active till the end of the Term;<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>B. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and for avoidance of any doubt, ZebPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any Participants from the Challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C. ZebPay\u2019s directors, officers and employees are not eligible to participate in the Challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that a Participant shall not be deemed to be a winner of any Reward (as defined below), award or prize under the Challenges unless and until that Participant\u2019s eligibility and compliance with these T&Cs has been fulfilled and verified. <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Challenge Rules and Rewards:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-2uv4Pp wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>a) Each Participant shall be eligible to receive only one (1) Reward under these Challenges, irrespective of exceeding the volume thresholds for multiple ranks within each of the Challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) <strong>Challenge 1: <\/strong>The top eleven (11)<strong> <\/strong>Participants with the highest trading volumes at or above the Challenge 1 Threshold on ZebPay\u2019s Quick Trade shall receive the following Rewards:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-1ynkdh wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Ranking <\/strong><\/td><td><strong>No. of winners <\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Rewards<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1*<\/td><td>1<\/td><td>Cumulative highest volume across all ten (10) Coin Pairs<\/td><td>Apple iPhone 16 Black (128 GB)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2-11*<\/td><td>10<\/td><td>Highest volume in each Coin Pair<\/td><td>INR 3,000 in their Spot Wallet<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*The applicable Reward under Challenge 1 will be granted to one (1) Participant who cumulatively has the highest trading volume, across all ten (10) Coin Pairs. In the event there are two (2) or more Participants who have the same highest trading volume by the end of the Term, thereby creating a tie, the Participant who reached the highest trading volume first will be considered the winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**The applicable Reward under Challenge 1 will be granted to ten (10) Participants who have the highest trading volume in each Coin Pair. Each Participant can win the Rewards for having the highest volume only in one (1) Coin Pair. In the event a Participant qualifies as the highest volume trader in multiple Coin Pairs, the said Participant will be eligible for a Reward only in such Coin Pair that has the higher trading volume amongst all other Coin Pairs, and for the other Coin Pairs, the Participants from the second-highest trading volume will be considered.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>c) <strong>Challenge 2: <\/strong>The top three (3) Participants who (i) successfully and cumulatively trade above the Challenge 2 Threshold on Futures on the ZebPay Platform during the Term (\u201c<strong>Eligible Trades<\/strong>\u201d) and (ii) achieve the highest profits from the said Eligible Trades (\u201c<strong>Profits<\/strong>\u201d) at the end of the Term, shall receive the following rewards (\u201c<strong>Reward(s)<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-EDtM2 wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Highest profitable trader<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>No. of winners<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Rewards<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1<\/td><td>1<\/td><td>Apple iPhone 16 (Black, 128 GB)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2<\/td><td>1<\/td><td>Apple Watch Series 10<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3<\/td><td>1<\/td><td>Apple iPad (10th Gen)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>***In the event that two or more Participants achieve the same Profits, thereby creating a tie for any of the designated Rewards under the Challenge, the Participant who executes the Eligible Trades first will be ranked higher. This will be determined based on the exact timestamp of the Participant’s trade activity as recorded by the ZebPay Platform.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>d). During the Term, a Participant may choose to participate in both the Challenges; Challenge 1 and Challenge 2. However, a Participant will be eligible to receive a Reward only under one (1) Challenge. In the event a Participant ranks among the top winners in both the Challenge 1 and Challenge 2, Zebpay reserves the right to determine under which of the two (2) Challenges the Reward will be awarded to the said Participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) Winners of the Challenges will be notified via email (exclusive@zebpay.com) by or around 3rd March, 2025. The names of the winners will also be announced on social media. The Rewards will be credited to the winners\u2019 ZebPay spot wallet within fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the Challenges Term, i.e., by 10th March, 2025. However, ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, alter or extend the timelines for disbursal of the Rewards.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>5. The Rewards of the Challenges are non-transferable, non-negotiable and final. ZebPay reserves the right to change or substitute the Rewards in any manner and \/or at any time, in any manner of its choosing and reserves the right to withhold the Rewards, at its sole discretion, and shall not be liable to any party\/person in any manner whatsoever regarding the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Every Participant hereby grants ZebPay and\/or any of its third-party vendors the right to communicate with such Participant by email \/ phone \/ messenger and\/or other means of communications in relation to participating in the Challenges, in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. <strong>Release; No Warranties\u200b<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-1UEbYY wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>Each Participant hereby releases and discharges ZebPay from any and all claims, damages, losses (whether perceived or actual) and\/or cause of action, known or unknown, arising from or relating to the Rewards and\/or their participation in the Challenges. ZebPay does not provide any warranties of any kind to the Participant with respect to the Challenges and the Rewards therein. ZebPay hereby disclaims any and all representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the Challenges.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>8. <strong>Disqualification:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-Z16fERp wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>a) ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at any time on the grounds of unfair trading practices, including but not limited to distorting reported trade volumes by collusion or any other unfair means, disseminating false information, as well as any breach of any these T&C and\/or breach of any terms of the ZebPay Policies (as determined at ZebPay\u2019s sole discretion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify or disallow any Participants\/trades\/transactions to participate in the Challenges at any time if ZebPay, at its sole discretion, is of the opinion that the particular Participant\/trade\/transaction (a) is done in any manner for the purpose of feeding false or misleading information to the market or (b) is done in any manner that has the effect of wrongfully denying legitimate Participants the Rewards of the Challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Any Participant who during the Term: (i) attempts to cancel or cancels an existing Client Asset Account and attempts to create or creates a new Client Asset Account, or (ii) attempts to create or creates one or more additional Client Asset Accounts, or (iii) attempts to register or registers for the Challenges using multiple\/different email addresses, by any other means or any other methods will be disqualified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) ZebPay\u2019s decision in these regards shall be final and binding, and by participating in the Challenges, all Participants expressly understand and agree with ZebPay\u2019s rights as specified above.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>9. <strong>Promotional event\u200bs<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-2neebC wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>The Participant acknowledges that the Challenges is only an event for promoting trading on ZebPay\u2019s India platform, including the ZebPay app, and participating in the Challenges is completely voluntary. The Challenges is only a promotional event and does not constitute an offer from ZebPay. Participating in the Challenges does not confer any rights or privileges, whether contractual or otherwise, on the Participant. It is clarified that participating in the Challenges by a Participant does not constitute an acceptance, nor in any way does participating in the Challenges constitute a legally binding contract. ZebPay at its sole discretion reserves the full right to withdraw and\/or alter any of these T&C at any time, with or without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>10. <strong>Taxes<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-enWnW wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>The Rewards contemplated hereunder shall be inclusive of any and all taxes, and may be subjected to tax deduction at source as applicable. ZebPay shall not be responsible for any tax liability on the Participant that may be imposed on the Rewards to winners under applicable law. The Participant shall bear all responsibility for payments of all taxes towards such Participant\u2019s Rewards. ZebPay in no manner shall provide any tax guidance or advice on this matter to any Participant and the Participants may engage independent consultants\/advisors to seek any advice in this regard in their sole discretion<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>11. <strong>Dispute<\/strong>\u200b: <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-24guHR wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>In the event of any dispute regarding these T&C, rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Challenges, the decision of ZebPay shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>12. <strong>Force Majeure<\/strong>: : <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-15Vj0r wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>ZebPay shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or other technological difficulties or any other force majeure event that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Challenges.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>13. <strong><strong>Disclaimer<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-ZiFYM wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>a) Trading in cryptographic assets is subject to market, technical and legal risks. Prices of cryptographic assets on the ZebPay Platform may differ from other exchanges due to local demand and supply. Please note that ZebPay does not regulate the prices of cryptographic assets. ZebPay doesn\u2019t guarantee any returns or profits by trading in cryptographic assets. Participants shall use ZebPay\u2019s services to participate in the Challenges or to trade in the crypto\/cryptographic assets at their own risk and discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to amend the T&Cs of the Challenges at any point of time without serving any notice whatsoever to anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, ZebPay shall have no liability whatsoever to the Participants and\/or any third party, whether for breach or in tort. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ZebPay shall not be liable to the Participants and\/or any third parties for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage in connection with or arising out of the Challenges, however it arises, whether for breach or in tort, even if the Participant and\/or third party has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-Htg17 wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<div style=\"max-width: 656px; padding:12px; border-radius: 8px; background-color:#FBFCFF; font-family: Lato; font-size: 16px;font-weight: 400; line-height: 20.8px; margin: 50px auto\">\nDisclaimer: Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. Participants (defined below) are advised to review the updated terms and conditions from time to time.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Challenges’ Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-ZRLbYx wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p><strong>Challenge 1: <\/strong>Trade in the pairs of TRUMP-INR, PENGU-INR, ELON-INR, CHILLGUY-INR, GIGACHAD-INR, POPCAT-INR, FARTCOIN-INR, WIF-INR, PEPE-INR, BONK-INR (\u201c<strong>Coin Pairs<\/strong>\u201d), for a cumulative amount of INR 25,00,000\/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) (\u201c<strong>Challenge 1 Threshold<\/strong>\u201d) or more on ZebPay\u2019s Quick Trade during the Term and stand a chance to win exciting Rewards (as described in Clause 4 (b) below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Challenge 2: <\/strong>Trade for a cumulative amount of INR 5,00,00,000\/- (Rupees Five Crores only) or more (\u201c<strong>Challenge 2 Threshold<\/strong>\u201d) on Futures on the ZebPay Platform and the highest profitable trader shall stand a chance to win exciting Rewards (as described in Clause 4 (c) below).<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Eligibility: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-ZGJjuT wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>A. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that a Participant shall not be deemed to be a winner of any Reward (as defined below), award or prize under the Challenges unless and until that Participant\u2019s eligibility and compliance with these T&Cs has been fulfilled and verified. <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Challenge Rules and Rewards:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-2uv4Pp wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>a) Each Participant shall be eligible to receive only one (1) Reward under these Challenges, irrespective of exceeding the volume thresholds for multiple ranks within each of the Challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) <strong>Challenge 1: <\/strong>The top eleven (11)<strong> <\/strong>Participants with the highest trading volumes at or above the Challenge 1 Threshold on ZebPay\u2019s Quick Trade shall receive the following Rewards:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-1ynkdh wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Ranking <\/strong><\/td><td><strong>No. of winners <\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Rewards<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1*<\/td><td>1<\/td><td>Cumulative highest volume across all ten (10) Coin Pairs<\/td><td>Apple iPhone 16 Black (128 GB)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2-11*<\/td><td>10<\/td><td>Highest volume in each Coin Pair<\/td><td>INR 3,000 in their Spot Wallet<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*The applicable Reward under Challenge 1 will be granted to one (1) Participant who cumulatively has the highest trading volume, across all ten (10) Coin Pairs. In the event there are two (2) or more Participants who have the same highest trading volume by the end of the Term, thereby creating a tie, the Participant who reached the highest trading volume first will be considered the winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**The applicable Reward under Challenge 1 will be granted to ten (10) Participants who have the highest trading volume in each Coin Pair. Each Participant can win the Rewards for having the highest volume only in one (1) Coin Pair. In the event a Participant qualifies as the highest volume trader in multiple Coin Pairs, the said Participant will be eligible for a Reward only in such Coin Pair that has the higher trading volume amongst all other Coin Pairs, and for the other Coin Pairs, the Participants from the second-highest trading volume will be considered.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>c) <strong>Challenge 2: <\/strong>The top three (3) Participants who (i) successfully and cumulatively trade above the Challenge 2 Threshold on Futures on the ZebPay Platform during the Term (\u201c<strong>Eligible Trades<\/strong>\u201d) and (ii) achieve the highest profits from the said Eligible Trades (\u201c<strong>Profits<\/strong>\u201d) at the end of the Term, shall receive the following rewards (\u201c<strong>Reward(s)<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-EDtM2 wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Highest profitable trader<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>No. of winners<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Rewards<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1<\/td><td>1<\/td><td>Apple iPhone 16 (Black, 128 GB)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2<\/td><td>1<\/td><td>Apple Watch Series 10<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>3<\/td><td>1<\/td><td>Apple iPad (10th Gen)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>***In the event that two or more Participants achieve the same Profits, thereby creating a tie for any of the designated Rewards under the Challenge, the Participant who executes the Eligible Trades first will be ranked higher. This will be determined based on the exact timestamp of the Participant’s trade activity as recorded by the ZebPay Platform.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>d). During the Term, a Participant may choose to participate in both the Challenges; Challenge 1 and Challenge 2. However, a Participant will be eligible to receive a Reward only under one (1) Challenge. In the event a Participant ranks among the top winners in both the Challenge 1 and Challenge 2, Zebpay reserves the right to determine under which of the two (2) Challenges the Reward will be awarded to the said Participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) Winners of the Challenges will be notified via email (exclusive@zebpay.com) by or around 3rd March, 2025. The names of the winners will also be announced on social media. The Rewards will be credited to the winners\u2019 ZebPay spot wallet within fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the Challenges Term, i.e., by 10th March, 2025. However, ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, alter or extend the timelines for disbursal of the Rewards.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>5. The Rewards of the Challenges are non-transferable, non-negotiable and final. ZebPay reserves the right to change or substitute the Rewards in any manner and \/or at any time, in any manner of its choosing and reserves the right to withhold the Rewards, at its sole discretion, and shall not be liable to any party\/person in any manner whatsoever regarding the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Every Participant hereby grants ZebPay and\/or any of its third-party vendors the right to communicate with such Participant by email \/ phone \/ messenger and\/or other means of communications in relation to participating in the Challenges, in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. <strong>Release; No Warranties\u200b<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-1UEbYY wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>Each Participant hereby releases and discharges ZebPay from any and all claims, damages, losses (whether perceived or actual) and\/or cause of action, known or unknown, arising from or relating to the Rewards and\/or their participation in the Challenges. ZebPay does not provide any warranties of any kind to the Participant with respect to the Challenges and the Rewards therein. ZebPay hereby disclaims any and all representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the Challenges.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>8. <strong>Disqualification:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-Z16fERp wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>a) ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at any time on the grounds of unfair trading practices, including but not limited to distorting reported trade volumes by collusion or any other unfair means, disseminating false information, as well as any breach of any these T&C and\/or breach of any terms of the ZebPay Policies (as determined at ZebPay\u2019s sole discretion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify or disallow any Participants\/trades\/transactions to participate in the Challenges at any time if ZebPay, at its sole discretion, is of the opinion that the particular Participant\/trade\/transaction (a) is done in any manner for the purpose of feeding false or misleading information to the market or (b) is done in any manner that has the effect of wrongfully denying legitimate Participants the Rewards of the Challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Any Participant who during the Term: (i) attempts to cancel or cancels an existing Client Asset Account and attempts to create or creates a new Client Asset Account, or (ii) attempts to create or creates one or more additional Client Asset Accounts, or (iii) attempts to register or registers for the Challenges using multiple\/different email addresses, by any other means or any other methods will be disqualified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) ZebPay\u2019s decision in these regards shall be final and binding, and by participating in the Challenges, all Participants expressly understand and agree with ZebPay\u2019s rights as specified above.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>9. <strong>Promotional event\u200bs<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-2neebC wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>The Participant acknowledges that the Challenges is only an event for promoting trading on ZebPay\u2019s India platform, including the ZebPay app, and participating in the Challenges is completely voluntary. The Challenges is only a promotional event and does not constitute an offer from ZebPay. Participating in the Challenges does not confer any rights or privileges, whether contractual or otherwise, on the Participant. It is clarified that participating in the Challenges by a Participant does not constitute an acceptance, nor in any way does participating in the Challenges constitute a legally binding contract. ZebPay at its sole discretion reserves the full right to withdraw and\/or alter any of these T&C at any time, with or without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>10. <strong>Taxes<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-enWnW wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>The Rewards contemplated hereunder shall be inclusive of any and all taxes, and may be subjected to tax deduction at source as applicable. ZebPay shall not be responsible for any tax liability on the Participant that may be imposed on the Rewards to winners under applicable law. The Participant shall bear all responsibility for payments of all taxes towards such Participant\u2019s Rewards. ZebPay in no manner shall provide any tax guidance or advice on this matter to any Participant and the Participants may engage independent consultants\/advisors to seek any advice in this regard in their sole discretion<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>11. <strong>Dispute<\/strong>\u200b: <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-24guHR wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>In the event of any dispute regarding these T&C, rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Challenges, the decision of ZebPay shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>12. <strong>Force Majeure<\/strong>: : <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-15Vj0r wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>ZebPay shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or other technological difficulties or any other force majeure event that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Challenges.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>13. <strong><strong>Disclaimer<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-ZiFYM wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<p>a) Trading in cryptographic assets is subject to market, technical and legal risks. Prices of cryptographic assets on the ZebPay Platform may differ from other exchanges due to local demand and supply. Please note that ZebPay does not regulate the prices of cryptographic assets. ZebPay doesn\u2019t guarantee any returns or profits by trading in cryptographic assets. Participants shall use ZebPay\u2019s services to participate in the Challenges or to trade in the crypto\/cryptographic assets at their own risk and discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to amend the T&Cs of the Challenges at any point of time without serving any notice whatsoever to anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, ZebPay shall have no liability whatsoever to the Participants and\/or any third party, whether for breach or in tort. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ZebPay shall not be liable to the Participants and\/or any third parties for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage in connection with or arising out of the Challenges, however it arises, whether for breach or in tort, even if the Participant and\/or third party has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"lazyblock-section-Htg17 wp-block-lazyblock-section\"><div class=\"block-section\">\r\n <div class=\"container container--medium \">\r\n \n\n<div style=\"max-width: 656px; padding:12px; border-radius: 8px; background-color:#FBFCFF; font-family: Lato; font-size: 16px;font-weight: 400; line-height: 20.8px; margin: 50px auto\">\nDisclaimer: Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky.
