Yield Packs Terms<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By purchasing this CryptoPack (\u201cYield Pack\u201d<\/strong>) through the ZebPay Platform, You agree that You have read, understood, and accepted each of the terms (\u201cTerms\u201d<\/strong>) contained herein and agree to be bound by the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If You have objections to the terms contained herein, or any part thereof, and\/or if You do not agree to be bound by these terms, or any part thereof, please do not purchase the Yield Pack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. General Provisions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

A. <\/strong>These Terms should be read together with the Terms of Use of the ZebPay Platform available at https:\/\/zebpay.com\/in\/legal-privacy#terms-of-use<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

B.<\/strong> Capitalized terms used in these Terms but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Terms of Use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C.<\/strong> Yield Pack is a feature facilitated by ZebPay, where we enable You to instantly buy and sell a pre-defined set of crypto assets and earn rewards on such crypto assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D.<\/strong> You can sell all or part of your Yield Pack at any time. The use of any other service or product offered by ZebPay is not dependent on or determinative of your purchase of the Yield Pack.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

2. Rewards:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

A. <\/strong>The applicable returns of Yield Pack (\u201cRewards\u201d<\/strong>) are calculated as a percentage of each of the individual crypto assets purchased via the Yield Pack and not in INR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B.<\/strong> The Rewards are calculated on a daily basis at 12:00 AM IST everyday on the crypto assets available in the Yield Pack. If You sell part of your Yield Pack, the Rewards shall continue to be calculated on the balance of crypto assets lying in your Yield Pack. On the other hand, if You sell your entire Yield Pack, the Rewards shall be limited to those calculated as of the date of sale of your Yield Pack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C.<\/strong> The Rewards shall be deposited in the Client Asset Account (in respective crypto assets or USDT) by ZebPay in a reasonable time, subject to the circumstances. ZebPay reserves the right to delay, modify, or schedule the distribution of the Rewards at its discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D.<\/strong> ZebPay has the right to adjust the yield rates at its sole discretion. Rewards shall be based on yield applicable during each day of the tenure of the Yield Pack, i.e. the timeline between purchase and sale by You of the Yield Pack.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

3. Changes and modifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

A.<\/strong> ZebPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Yield Pack product at any time without providing any prior notice to You. ZebPay may further modify the composition of the Yield Pack at any time without providing any prior notice to You. If ZebPay suspends\/ withdraws\/ deactivates the Yield Pack, You shall stop accruing any Reward, and the accumulated Reward till the date of such suspension\/ withdrawal\/ deactivation shall be disbursed in a reasonable time, subject to the circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B.<\/strong> ZebPay reserves the right to modify the mechanism of Rewards calculation and Rewards deposit as detailed above.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n
