Terms & Conditions for ZebPay\u2019s QuickTrade & Exchange Trading Challenge – July 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awlencan Innovations India Limited<\/strong> \u200b(hereinafter referred to as \u201cZebPay<\/strong>\u201d), is offering its Users of the ZebPay Platform in India, an opportunity to participate in the ZebPay QuickTrade & Exchange Trading Challenge – July, 2025<\/strong> (the \u201cChallenge<\/strong>\u201d) and a chance to win prizes, subject to the eligibility criteria and other requirements listed in these terms & conditions (\u201cT&Cs<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These T&Cs shall apply to all Participants (as defined below). By accessing the ZebPay Platform and participating in the Challenge, you confirm that you accept these T&Cs and that you agree to fully comply with them and with any additions\/modifications thereto that may be made from time to time. By participating in the Challenge you further grant your consent to ZebPay to contact you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You further agree that you are also bound by the Terms of Use<\/a>, Privacy Policy<\/a>, AML Policy<\/a>, Futures Trading Policy<\/a> and the Risk Disclosures<\/a> and all other terms (hereinafter collectively referred to as \u201c\u200bZebPay Policies<\/strong>\u200b\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words capitalised and not defined hereunder shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the ZebPay Policies referred to above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Period:\u200b<\/strong> The Contest will be effective as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

a) From 11th July, 2025, 4:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) to 31st July, 2025, 11:59 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) (\u201cTerm<\/strong>\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything stated in 1(a) above, ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, alter or extend or end the Term of the Challenge at any time at its sole discretion. Participants (defined below) are advised to review the updated terms and conditions from time to time.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

2. C<\/strong>hallenge Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trade on ZebPay\u2019s QuickTrade and\/or Exchange in INR pairs of the following coins \u2014 BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, PEPE, SHIB, DOGE, and SUI (collectively, the \u201cCoins<\/strong>\u201d) \u2014 during the Term. Users who meet the criteria and conditions set out in Clause 4 below shall stand a chance to win Rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Eligibility: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

 A. To be eligible to participate in the Challenge, a User is required to satisfy all the following criteria (each a \u201cParticipant<\/strong>\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Participant is a registered User of ZebPay Platform in India, who has completed their KYC and bank verification in accordance with the ZebPay Policies;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Participant trades in the Coins, in INR pairs, on ZebPay\u2019s QuickTrade and\/or Exchange during the Term;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c. Participant\u2019s account with Zebay remains active till the end of the Term;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and for avoidance of any doubt, ZebPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any Participants from the Challenge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that a Participant shall not be deemed to be a winner of any Reward (as defined below), award or prize under the Challenge unless and until that Participant\u2019s eligibility and compliance with these T&Cs has been fulfilled and verified.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and for avoidance of any doubt, ZebPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any Participants from the Challenge. <\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

4. Challenge Rewards:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

a) Participants who trade in the Coins, in INR pairs, on ZebPay\u2019s QuickTrade and\/or Exchange during the Term shall stand a chance to win Rewards based on their trading volumes, as detailed below.<\/p>\n\n\n

b) For the purposes of this Challenge, trading volumes across both QuickTrade and Exchange shall be aggregated. Participants may execute trades on either or both platforms, and the combined trading volume shall determine qualification for the Rewards under Clause 4(a).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Each Winner shall be eligible to receive only one (1) Reward under the Challenge. In the event a Winner qualifies under multiple categories, such Winner shall receive the Reward corresponding to the category in which their trading volume is the highest. The next highest-ranking Participant in the other category(ies) shall be declared the Winner for such category(ies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) In the event two (2) or more Participants achieve the same trading volume under any of the categories above, the Participant who achieves the trading volume first, based on transaction timestamp, shall be declared the winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) The Rewards shall be credited to or dispatched to the Winners within thirty (30) days post the expiry of the Challenge Term.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. The Rewards of the Challenge are non-transferable, non-negotiable and final. ZebPay reserves the right to change or substitute the Rewards in any manner and \/or at any time, in any manner of its choosing and reserves the right to withhold the Rewards, at its sole discretion, and shall not be liable to any party\/person in any manner whatsoever regarding the same. The distribution of Rewards shall be governed by ZebPay Policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Every Participant hereby grants ZebPay and\/or any of its third-party vendors the right to communicate with such Participant by email \/ phone \/ messenger and\/or other means of communications in relation to participating in the Challenge, in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Release; No Warranties\u200b<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n

Each Participant hereby releases and discharges ZebPay from any and all claims, damages, losses (whether perceived or actual) and\/or cause of action, known or unknown, arising from or relating to the Rewards and\/or their participation in the Challenge. ZebPay does not provide any warranties of any kind to the Participant with respect to the Challenge and the Rewards therein. ZebPay hereby disclaims any and all representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the Challenge and the Rewards.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

8. Disqualification:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at any time on the grounds of unfair trading practices, including but not limited to distorting reported trade volumes by collusion or any other unfair means, disseminating false information, as well as any breach of any these T&C and\/or breach of any terms of the ZebPay Policies (as determined at ZebPay\u2019s sole discretion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify or disallow any Participants\/trades\/transactions to participate in the Challenge at any time if ZebPay, at its sole discretion, is of the opinion that the particular Participant\/trade\/transaction (a) is done in any manner for the purpose of feeding false or misleading information to the market or (b) is done in any manner that has the effect of wrongfully denying legitimate Participants the Rewards of the Challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Any Participant who during the Term: (i) attempts to cancel or cancels an existing Client Asset Account and attempts to create or creates a new Client Asset Account, or (ii) attempts to create or creates one or more additional Client Asset Accounts, or (iii) attempts to register or registers for the Challenge using multiple\/different email addresses, by any other means or any other methods will be disqualified.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) ZebPay\u2019s decision in these regards shall be final and binding, and by participating in the Challenge, all Participants expressly understand and agree with ZebPay\u2019s rights as specified above.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

9. Promotional event\u200bs<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

The Participant acknowledges that the Challenge is only an event for promoting trading on ZebPay\u2019s India platform, including the ZebPay app, and participating in the Challenge is completely voluntary. The Challenge  is only a promotional event and does not constitute an offer  from ZebPay. Participating in the Challenge does not confer any rights or privileges, whether contractual or otherwise, on the Participant. It is clarified that participating in the Challenge by a Participant does not constitute an acceptance, nor in any way does participating in the Challenge constitute a legally binding contract. ZebPay at its sole discretion reserves the full right to withdraw and\/or alter any of these T&C at any time, with or without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

10. Taxes<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

The Rewards contemplated hereunder shall be inclusive of any and all taxes, and may be subjected to tax deduction at source as applicable. ZebPay shall not be responsible for any tax liability on the Participant that may be imposed on the Rewards to winners under applicable law. The Participant shall bear all responsibility for payments of all taxes towards such Participant\u2019s Rewards. ZebPay in no manner shall provide any tax guidance or advice on this matter to any Participant and the Participants may engage independent consultants\/advisors to seek any advice in this regard in their sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

11. Dispute<\/strong>\u200b: <\/p>\n\n\n

In the event of any dispute regarding these T&C, rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Challenge, the decision of ZebPay shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

12. Force Majeure<\/strong>: : <\/p>\n\n\n

ZebPay shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or other technological difficulties or any other force majeure event that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Challenge.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

13. Disclaimer<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) Trading in cryptographic assets is subject to market, technical and legal risks. Prices of cryptographic assets on the ZebPay Platform may differ from other exchanges due to local demand and supply. Please note that ZebPay does not regulate the prices of cryptographic assets. ZebPay doesn\u2019t guarantee any returns or profits by trading in cryptographic assets. Participants shall use ZebPay\u2019s services to participate in the Challenge or to trade in the crypto\/cryptographic assets at their own risk and discretion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to amend the T&Cs of the Challenge at any point of time without serving any notice whatsoever to anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, ZebPay shall have no liability whatsoever to the Participants and\/or any third party, whether for breach or in tort. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ZebPay shall not be liable to the Participants and\/or any third parties for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage in connection with or arising out of the Challenge, however it arises, whether for breach or in tort, even if the Participant and\/or third party has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
