Terms & Conditions for ZebPay Perpetual Futures Contest<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awlencan Innovations India Limited<\/strong> \u200b(hereinafter referred to as \u201cZebPay<\/strong>\u201d), is offering its Users on the ZebPay Platform in India, an opportunity to participate in the ZebPay Perpetual Futures Contest – September<\/strong> <\/strong>(\u201cOffer<\/strong>\u201d) and seek rewards, subject to the eligibility criteria and other requirements listed in these terms & conditions (\u201cT&Cs<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These T&Cs shall apply to all Participants (as defined below). By accessing the ZebPay Platform and participating in the Offer, you confirm that you accept these T&Cs and that you agree to fully comply with them and with any additions\/modifications thereto that may be made from time to time. By participating in the Offer, you further grant your consent to ZebPay to contact you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You further agree that you are also bound by the Terms of Use<\/a>, Privacy Policy<\/a>, AML Policy<\/a>, Futures Trading Policy<\/a> and the Risk Disclosures<\/a> and all other terms (hereinafter collectively referred to as \u201c\u200bZebPay Policies<\/strong>\u200b\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words capitalised and not defined hereunder shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the ZebPay Policies referred to above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Period:\u200b<\/strong> The Challenge will be effective as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

a) From 15th<\/sup> September, 2025, 12:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) to 26th<\/sup> September, 2025, 11:59 PM IST (\u201cOffer Period<\/strong>\u201d). 
b) Notwithstanding anything stated in 1(a) above, ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, alter or extend or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice. Participants (defined below<\/em>) are advised to review the updated T&Cs from time to time.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

2. Offer<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trade a minimum cumulative volume of INR 50,000,000\/- (Rupees Five Crores) through Perpetual Futures on the ZebPay Platform during the Offer Period and stand a chance to receive Rewards (as defined below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Eligibility: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

A. To be eligible to participate in the Offer, a User is required to satisfy all the following criteria (each a \u201cParticipant<\/strong>\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

a) Participant is a registered user of ZebPay Platform in India, who has completed their KYC and bank verification in accordance with the ZebPay Policies (\u201cParticipant<\/strong>\u201d);            <\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) During the Offer Period, Participant trades for a minimum cumulative volume of INR 50,000,000\/- (Rupees Five Crores) only via Perpetual Futures, in any coin pairs in INR or USDT, on the ZebPay Platform;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Participant\u2019s ZebPay account remains active till the end of the Offer Period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) Participant has not been declared a winner or received any rewards or benefits in any other trading challenge, campaign or promotional offer in the same month, as that of the current Offer.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

B. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and for avoidance of any doubt, ZebPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any Participants from the Offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that a Participant shall not be eligible to avail the Offer and receive a Reward (as defined below<\/em>) unless and until that Participant\u2019s eligibility and compliance with these T&Cs has been fulfilled and verified.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

4. Rewards:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) The total rewards to be won under this Offer are USD 2,500 (Two Thousand and Five Hundred US Dollars only) worth of TRON (TRX) tokens (\u201cReward<\/strong>\u201d). Subject to a Participant\u2019s eligibility as per point 3 above, a total of 51 Participants with the highest trading volume can win Rewards under the Offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) For clarity, The Participant who trades with the highest trading volume (i) in any coin pairs in INR or USDT (ii) for a minimum cumulative volume of INR 50,000,000\/- (Rupees Five Crores) only (iii) through Perpetual Futures on the ZebPay Platform, shall receive TRON (TRX) tokens worth USD 500 (Five Hundred US Dollars only).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) ISubject to point 4(A) and (B) above,  the next 50 Participants, following the highest-ranked Participant who trade with the highest trading volume (i) in any coin pairs in INR or USDT (ii) for a minimum cumulative volume of INR 50,000,000\/- (Rupees Five Crores) only (iii) through Perpetual Futures on the ZebPay Platform, shall receive a portion of the Reward.

d) The value of TRX tokens, credited as Reward, shall be based on the prevailing market rate at the time of distribution of the Reward. With respect to point 4(C), Reward slabs and allocation structure will be announced separately by ZebPay.

e) The Reward shall be credited within thirty (30) days post the expiry of the Offer Period and shall reflect in each eligible Participant\u2019s portfolio under the coin section on the ZebPay Platform.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

5. Irrespective of the number of challenges, campaigns or offers participated in by a Participant on ZebPay or the performance thereof by a Participant, a Participant shall be eligible to be a winner and receive applicable rewards, in only 1 (one) trading challenge, campaign or offer per calendar month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. The Reward is non-transferable, non-negotiable and final. ZebPay reserves the right to change or substitute the Reward in any manner and \/or at any time, in any manner of its choosing and reserves the right to withhold the Rewards, at its sole discretion, and shall not be liable to any party\/person in any manner whatsoever regarding the same.

7. Every Participant hereby grants ZebPay and\/or any of its third-party vendors the right to communicate with such Participant by email \/ phone \/ messenger and\/or other means of communications in relation to the Offer, in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Release; No Warranties\u200b<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n

a) Each Participant hereby releases and discharges ZebPay from any and all claims, damages, losses (whether perceived or actual) and\/or cause of action, known or unknown, arising from or relating to the Reward and\/or their participation in the Offer.

b) Participants hereby expressly agree that their use of, or inability to use, the Reward is at their sole risk. The Reward shall be provided by ZebPay at ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

9. Disqualification:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at any time on the grounds of unfair trading practices, including but not limited to distorting reported trade volumes by collusion or any other unfair means, disseminating false information, as well as any breach of any these T&C and\/or breach of any terms of the ZebPay Policies (as determined at ZebPay\u2019s sole discretion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify or disallow any Participants\/trades\/transactions to participate in the Contest at any time if ZebPay, at its sole discretion, is of the opinion that the particular Participant\/trade\/transaction (a) is done in any manner for the purpose of feeding false or misleading information to the market or (b) is done in any manner that has the effect of wrongfully denying legitimate Participants the Reward of the Contest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Any Participant who during the Contest Period: (i) attempts to cancel or cancels an existing Client Asset Account and attempts to create or creates a new Client Asset Account, or (ii) attempts to create or creates one or more additional Client Asset Accounts, or (iii) attempts to register or registers for the Contest using multiple\/different email addresses, by any other means or any other methods will be disqualified.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) ZebPay\u2019s decision in these regards shall be final and binding, and by participating in the Contest, all Participants expressly understand and agree with ZebPay\u2019s rights as specified above.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

10. Promotional event\u200bs<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n

The Participant acknowledges that the Contest is only an event for promoting trading on ZebPay Platform, including the ZebPay app, and participating in the Contest is completely voluntary. The Contest is only a promotional event. Participating in the Contest does not confer any rights or privileges, whether contractual or otherwise, on the Participant. It is clarified that participating in the Contest by a Participant does not constitute an acceptance, nor in any way does participating in the Contest constitute a legally binding contract. ZebPay at its sole discretion reserves the full right to withdraw and\/or alter any of these T&C at any time, with or without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

11. Taxes<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n

The Reward contemplated hereunder shall be inclusive of any and all taxes, and may be subjected to tax deduction at source as applicable. ZebPay shall not be responsible for any tax liability on the Participant(s) that may be imposed on the Reward to winners under applicable law. The Participant shall bear all responsibility for payments of all taxes towards such Participant\u2019s Reward. ZebPay in no manner shall provide any tax guidance or advice on this matter to any Participant and the Participants may engage independent consultants\/advisors to seek any advice in this regard in their sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

12. Dispute<\/strong>\u200b: <\/p>\n\n\n

In the event of any dispute regarding these T&C, rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Contest, the decision of ZebPay shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

13. Force Majeure<\/strong>: : <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

ZebPay shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or other technological difficulties or any other force majeure event that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Contest.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

14. Disclaimer<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) Trading in cryptographic\/virtual digital assets is subject to market, technical and legal risks. Prices of cryptographic\/virtual digital assets on the ZebPay Platform may differ from other exchanges due to local demand and supply. Please note that ZebPay does not regulate the prices of cryptographic\/virtual digital assets. ZebPay doesn\u2019t guarantee any returns or profits by trading in cryptographic \/virtual digital assets. Participants shall use ZebPay\u2019s services to participate in the Contest or to trade in the crypto\/cryptographic\/\/virtual digital assets at their own risk and discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to amend the T&Cs of the Contest at any point of time without serving any notice whatsoever to anyone.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, ZebPay shall have no liability whatsoever to the Participants and\/or any third party, whether for breach or in tort. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ZebPay shall not be liable to the Participants and\/or any third parties for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage in connection with or arising out of the Contest, however it arises, whether for breach or in tort, even if the Participant and\/or third party has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
