Terms & Conditions for ZebPay Fee Discount Offer – March, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awlencan Innovations India Limited<\/strong> \u200b(hereinafter referred to as \u201cZebPay<\/strong>\u201d), is offering its Users on the ZebPay Platform in India, an opportunity to participate in the ZebPay Women\u2019s Trading Fee Discount Program – March, 2026<\/strong> <\/strong>(\u201cOffer<\/strong>\u201d) and seek rewards, subject to the eligibility criteria and other requirements listed in these terms & conditions (\u201cT&Cs<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These T&Cs shall apply to all Participants (as defined below). By accessing the ZebPay Platform and participating in the Offer, you confirm that you accept these T&Cs and that you agree to fully comply with them and with any additions\/modifications thereto that may be made from time to time. By participating in the Offer, you further grant your consent to ZebPay to contact you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You further agree that you are also bound by the Terms of Use<\/a>, Privacy Policy<\/a>, AML Policy<\/a>, Futures Trading Policy<\/a> and the Risk Disclosures<\/a> and all other terms (hereinafter collectively referred to as \u201c\u200bZebPay Policies<\/strong>\u200b\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words capitalised and not defined hereunder shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the ZebPay Policies referred to above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Period:\u200b<\/strong> The Contest will be effective as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) From 9th March, 2026, 12:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time) to 4th September, 2026, 11:59 PM IST (\u201cOffer Period<\/strong>\u201d).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything stated in 1(a) above, ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, alter or extend or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice. Particip<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

2. Offer:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buy or sell on the ZebPay Platform via QuickTrade in INR and\/or USDT trading pairs during the Offer Period and receive a discount of twenty percent (20%) on the applicable trading fees, subject to a maximum benefit of INR 5,000\/- per eligible user under this Offer (\u201cReward<\/strong>\u201d).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Eligibility:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

A) To be eligible to participate in the Offer, a User is required to satisfy all the following criteria (each a \u201cParticipant<\/strong>\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Participant is a registered user of ZebPay Platform in India, who has completed their KYC and bank verification in accordance with the ZebPay Policies, and is identified as female in ZebPay\u2019s system records (\u201cParticipant<\/strong>\u201d);\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Participant executes a Buy or Sell transaction in INR and\/or USDT trading pairs via QuickTrade on the ZebPay Platform during the Offer Period;\u00a0\u00a0

c) Participant\u2019s ZebPay account remains active till the end of the Offer Period.

d) For accounts with sub-accounts, the Rewards under this Offer shall apply on to the primary account only, and sub-accounts shall not be eligible to receive the Reward under this Offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) This offer is applicable only to users whose gender is verified as female during the KYC verification process based on the identification documents submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B) Notwithstanding the foregoing, and for avoidance of any doubt, ZebPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any Participants from the Offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C) For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that a Participant shall not be eligible to avail the Offer and receive a Reward (as defined below<\/em>) unless and until that Participant\u2019s eligibility and compliance with these T&Cs has been fulfilled and verified.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

4. Rewards:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) Participants who buy or sell crypto assets in INR and\/or USDT pairs on the ZebPay Platform via QuickTrade during the Offer Period shall receive a discount of twenty percent (20%) on the applicable trading fees, subject to a maximum cumulative benefit of INR 5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) per Participant under this Offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) If multiple trading fee discount offers are active on the ZebPay Platform at the same time, the offer providing the highest fee discount percentage shall take precedence. The INR 5,000\/- cap under this Offer shall apply only to the discount received under this specific Offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) The Reward shall be applied automatically and in real-time at the time of execution of the eligible transaction, until the Participant reaches the maximum benefit limit of INR 5,000\/- under this Offer.

d) If an order is placed before the expiry of the Offer but is executed after the Offer Period ends, the fee structure applicable at the time of order placement shall determine the eligibility and applicability of the Reward.

e) ZebPay shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or omission in applying the trading fee discount in cases where such failure is attributable to system outages, technical errors, internet disruptions, or any other force majeure event beyond ZebPay\u2019s reasonable control. In such cases, the Participant shall not be entitled to claim the Reward separately or retrospectively.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

5. The Reward is non-transferable, non-negotiable and final. ZebPay reserves the right to change or substitute the Reward in any manner and \/or at any time, in any manner of its choosing and reserves the right to withhold the Rewards, at its sole discretion, and shall not be liable to any party\/person in any manner whatsoever regarding the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Every Participant hereby grants ZebPay and\/or any of its third-party vendors the right to communicate with such Participant by email \/ phone \/ messenger and\/or other means of communications in relation to the Offer, in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Release; No Warranties<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

a) Each Participant hereby releases and discharges ZebPay from any and all claims, damages, losses (whether perceived or actual) and\/or cause of action, known or unknown, arising from or relating to the Reward and\/or their participation in the Offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Participants hereby expressly agree that their use of, or inability to use, the Reward is at their sole risk. The Reward shall be provided by ZebPay at ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

8. Disqualification<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n

a) ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at any time on the grounds of unfair trading practices, including but not limited to distorting reported trade volumes by collusion or any other unfair means, disseminating false information, as well as any breach of any these T&C and\/or breach of any terms of the ZebPay Policies (as determined at ZebPay\u2019s sole discretion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify or disallow any Participants\/trades\/transactions to participate in the Offer at any time if ZebPay, at its sole discretion, is of the opinion that the particular Participant\/trade\/transaction (a) is done in any manner for the purpose of feeding false or misleading information to the market or (b) is done in any manner that has the effect of wrongfully denying legitimate Participants the Reward of the Offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Any Participant who during the Term: (i) attempts to cancel or cancels an existing Client Asset Account and attempts to undertake a fresh Successful Sign Up tocreate a new Client Asset Account, or (ii) attempts to create or creates one or more additional Client Asset Accounts, or (iii) attempts to complete a Successful Sign Up using multiple\/different email addresses, by any other means or any other methods; will be disqualified.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) ZebPay\u2019s decision in these regards shall be final and binding, and by participating in the Offer, all Participants expressly understand and agree with ZebPay\u2019s rights as specified above.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

9. Promotional event\u200bs<\/strong><\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n

The Participant acknowledges that the Offer is only an event for promoting trading on ZebPay Platform and participating in the Offer is completely voluntary. The Offer is only a promotional event. Participating in the Offer does not confer any rights or privileges, whether contractual or otherwise, on the Participant. It is clarified that participating in the Offer by a Participant does not constitute an acceptance, nor in any way does participating in the Offer constitute a legally binding contract. ZebPay at its sole discretion reserves the full right to withdraw and\/or alter any of these T&C at any time, with or without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

10. Taxes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n

The Reward contemplated hereunder shall be inclusive of any and all taxes, and may be subjected to tax deduction at source as applicable. ZebPay shall not be responsible for any tax liability on the Participant(s) that may be imposed on the Reward to eligible Participants under applicable law. The Participant shall bear all responsibility for payments of all taxes towards such Participant\u2019s Reward. ZebPay in no manner shall provide any tax guidance or advice on this matter to any Participant and the Participants may engage independent consultants\/advisors to seek any advice in this regard in their sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

11. Dispute<\/strong> : <\/p>\n\n\n

In the event of any dispute regarding these T&C, rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ZebPay shall be final and binding.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

12. Force<\/strong>  Majeure<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

ZebPay shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or other technological difficulties or any other force majeure event that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Offer.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

13. Disclaimer<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) Trading in cryptographic\/virtual digital assets is subject to market, technical and legal risks. Prices of cryptographic\/virtual digital assets on the ZebPay Platform may differ from other exchanges due to local demand and supply. Please note that ZebPay does not regulate the prices of cryptographic\/virtual digital assets. ZebPay doesn\u2019t guarantee any returns or profits by trading in cryptographic \/virtual digital assets. Participants shall use ZebPay\u2019s services to participate in the Offer or to trade in the crypto\/cryptographic\/\/virtual digital assets at their own risk and discretion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to amend the T&Cs of the Offer at any point of time without serving any notice whatsoever to anyone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, ZebPay shall have no liability whatsoever to the Participants and\/or any third party, whether for breach or in tort. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ZebPay shall not be liable to the Participants and\/or any third parties for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage in connection with or arising out of the Offer, however it arises, whether for breach or in tort, even if the Participant and\/or third party has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
