Terms & Conditions for ZebPay Future\u2019s Most Profitable Trader – August, 2026<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Awlencan Innovations India Limited<\/strong> \u200b(hereinafter referred to as \u201cZebPay<\/strong>\u201d), is giving its Users of the ZebPay Platform in India, an opportunity to participate in the ZebPay Future\u2019s Most Profitable Trader Challenge – July, 2025<\/strong> (\u201cChallenge<\/strong>\u201d) and a chance to win prizes, subject to the eligibility criteria and other requirements listed in these terms and conditions (\u201cT&Cs<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These T&Cs shall apply to all Participants (as defined below<\/em>). By accessing the ZebPay  <\/strong>Platform and participating in the Challenge, you confirm that you accept these T&Cs and that you agree to fully comply with them and with any additions\/modifications thereto that may be made from time to time. By participating in the Challenge, you further grant your consent to ZebPay to contact you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You further agree that you are also bound by the Terms of Use<\/a>, Privacy Policy<\/a>, AML Policy<\/a>, Futures Trading Policy<\/a> and the Risk Disclosures<\/a> and all other terms (hereinafter collectively referred to as \u201c\u200bZebPay Policies<\/strong>\u200b\u201d).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Words capitalised and not defined hereunder shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the ZebPay Policies referred to above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Period:\u200b<\/strong> The Contest will be effective as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

a) From 21st August, 2026, 8:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) to 5th September, 2026, 11:59 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) (\u201cTerm<\/strong>\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything stated in 1(a) above, ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, alter or extend or end the Term and the Challenge at any time at its sole discretion. Participants (defined below) are advised to review the updated terms and conditions from time to time.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

2. C<\/strong>hallenge Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trade for a cumulative amount of INR 1,00,00,000\/- (Rupees One Crore only) or more in Futures on the ZebPay Platform during the Term and stand a chance to win exciting Rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

A: To be eligible to enter the Challenge, a User is required to satisfy all the following criteria (\u201cParticipant<\/strong>\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participant is not an employee, officer, director, partner or consultant of ZebPay or any of its group companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) Participant is a registered User of ZebPay Platform in India, who has completed their KYC and bank verification in accordance with the ZebPay Policies;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Participant trades for a cumulative value of INR 1,00,00,000\/- (Rupees One Crore only) or more in Futures on the ZebPay Platform during the Term;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Participant\u2019s account with Zebay remains active till the end of the Term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) Participant\u2019s eligible Futures trade(s) reflect genuine trading activity undertaken in the ordinary course, and are not opened, closed, or otherwise executed with the intent, whether sole or primary, of generating a Reward under this Challenge, including without limitation through self-trading, wash trades, or coordinated trading with related or associated accounts; and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) Participant is not an employee, officer, director, partner or consultant of ZebPay or any of its group companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: Notwithstanding the foregoing, and for avoidance of any doubt, ZebPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any Participants from the Challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: For the avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that a Participant shall not be deemed to be a winner of any award or prize under the Challenge unless and until that Participant\u2019s eligibility and compliance with these T&Cs has been fulfilled and verified.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

4. Challenge Rules and Reward:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

a) The top seventeen (17) Participants each of whom (i) successfully and cumulatively trade for an amount of INR 1,00,00,000\/- (Rupees One Crore only) or more on Futures on the ZebPay Platform during the Term (\u201cEligible Trades<\/strong>\u201d) and (ii) achieve the highest profits from such Eligible Trades (\u201cProfits<\/strong>\u201d) at the end of the Term, shall receive the following rewards (\u201cReward(s)<\/strong>\u201d):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) For determining the Winners, Participants shall be ranked based on the Profits achieved during the Term, subject to the minimum cumulative trading volume and number of Winners specified for each Tier above. If a Participant qualifies for a higher Tier based on their cumulative trading volume but does not rank as a Winner in that Tier, such Participant shall be considered for the next lower Tier and ranked against the other eligible Participants based on their Profits. Each Participant shall be eligible to receive a Reward under only one (1) Tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) In the event that two or more Participants achieve the same Profits, thereby creating a tie for any of the designated Rewards under the Challenge, the Participant who executes the Eligible Trades first will be ranked higher. This will be determined based on the exact timestamp of the Participant’s trade activity as recorded by the ZebPay Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) The Rewards shall be credited to or dispatched to the Winners within 60 days post the expiry of the Term. However, ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, alter or extend the timelines for disbursal of the Rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5: The Rewards are non-transferable, non-negotiable and final. ZebPay reserves the right to change or substitute the Reward in any manner and \/or at any time, in any manner of its choosing and reserves the right to withhold the Reward, at its sole discretion, and shall not be liable to any party\/person in any manner whatsoever regarding the same. The distribution of Reward shall be governed by ZebPay Policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6: Every Participant hereby grants ZebPay and\/or any of its third-party vendors the right to communicate with such Participant by email \/ phone \/ messenger and\/or other means of communications in relation to participating in the Challenge, in compliance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Release; No Warranties\u200b<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

Each Participant hereby releases and discharges ZebPay from any and all claims, damages, losses (whether perceived or actual) and\/or cause of action, known or unknown, arising from or relating to the Rewards and\/or their participation in the Challenge. ZebPay does not provide any warranties of any kind to the Participant with respect to the Challenge and the Rewards therein. ZebPay hereby disclaims any and all representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the Challenge and the Rewards.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

6. Disqualification:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at any time on the grounds of unfair trading practices, creating manipulations in the systems, including but not limited to distorting reported trade volumes by collusion or any other unfair means, disseminating false information, as well as any breach of any these T&C and\/or breach of any terms of the ZebPay Policies (as determined at ZebPay\u2019s sole discretion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify or disallow any Participants or to disregard any trades or transactions by a Participant (a) is done in any manner for the purpose of feeding false or misleading information to the market; or (b) is done in any manner that has the effect of wrongfully denying legitimate Participants the Rewards of the Challenge; (c) is executed through a restricted account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) Any Participant who during the Term: (i) attempts to cancel or cancels an existing ZebPay Account and attempts to create or creates a new ZebPay Account, or (ii) attempts to create or creates one or more additional ZebPay Accounts, or (iii) attempts to register or registers for the Challenge using multiple\/different email addresses, by any other means or any other methods will be disqualified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) ZebPay\u2019s decision in these regards shall be final and binding, and by participating in the Challenge, all Participants expressly understand and agree with ZebPay\u2019s rights as specified above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these T&Cs, ZebPay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant, and to reverse, adjust, deduct, or claw back (including by debiting the Participant\u2019s ZebPay wallet or through any other lawful means) any Reward already credited, where ZebPay determines that a Participant\u2019s Futures trade(s) were opened, closed, or otherwise executed primarily or solely to generate a Reward under this Challenge rather than pursuant to genuine trading activity, including through self-dealing, wash trades, or coordinated trading between related or associated accounts.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

7. Promotional event\u200bs<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

The Participant acknowledges that the Challenge is only an event for promoting trading on ZebPay Platform, including the ZebPay app, and participating in the Challenge is completely voluntary. The Challenge is only a promotional event and does not constitute an offer from ZebPay. Participating in the Challenge does not confer any rights or privileges, whether contractual or otherwise, on the Participant. It is clarified that participating in the Challenge by a Participant does not constitute an acceptance, nor in any way does participating in the Challenge constitute a legally binding contract. ZebPay at its sole discretion reserves the full right to withdraw and\/or alter any of these T&C at any time, with or without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

8. Taxes<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

The Reward contemplated hereunder shall be inclusive of any and all taxes, and may be subjected to tax deduction at source as applicable. ZebPay shall not be responsible for any tax liability on the Participant(s) that may be imposed on the Reward to winners under applicable law. The Participant shall bear all responsibility for payments of all taxes towards such Participant\u2019s Reward. ZebPay in no manner shall provide any tax guidance or advice on this matter to any Participant and the Participants may engage independent consultants\/advisors to seek any advice in this regard in their sole discretion.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

9. Dispute<\/strong>\u200b: <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

In the event of any dispute regarding these T&C, rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Challenge, the decision of ZebPay shall be final and binding<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

10. Force Majeure<\/strong>: : <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n
\r\n \n\n

ZebPay shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or other technological difficulties or any other force majeure event that may prevent a Participant from participating in the Challenge.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

11. Disclaimer<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n

\r\n \n\n

a) Trading in cryptographic assets is subject to market, technical and legal risks. Prices of cryptographic assets on the ZebPay Platform may differ from other exchanges due to local demand and supply. Please note that ZebPay does not regulate the prices of cryptographic assets. ZebPay doesn\u2019t guarantee any returns or profits by trading in cryptographic assets. Participants shall use ZebPay\u2019s services to participate in the Challenge or to trade in the crypto\/cryptographic assets at their own risk and discretion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein, ZebPay reserves the right to amend the T&Cs of the Challenge at any point of time without serving any notice whatsoever to anyone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, ZebPay shall have no liability whatsoever to the Participants and\/or any third party, whether for breach or in tort. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ZebPay shall not be liable to the Participants and\/or any third parties for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage in connection with or arising out of the Challenge, however it arises, whether for breach or in tort, even if the Participant and\/or third party has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
