A few months ago, ETH was trading close to $4,900, but it has fallen to around $2,000. This means the price has dropped by more than 55\u201360% from the top. When we look at the chart, ETH is still making lower highs and lower lows, which is a clear sign that sellers are still stronger than buyers. Right now, the price is moving inside a symmetrical triangle pattern between $1,800 and $2,100. This usually means the market is taking a pause and deciding the next direction. Some important things to notice:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Price movement has become slower<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candles are getting smaller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volume is lower than before<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This shows that buyers and sellers are both waiting for the next move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Volume_Activity\"><\/span><strong>Volume Activity<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When ETH dropped in February, trading volume increased significantly. This means many people were selling at that time. After the drop:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Volume has decreased<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no strong buying yet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This usually happens when the market is cooling down after a big move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Important_Resistance_Levels\"><\/span><strong>Important Resistance Levels<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>$2,100 (First Resistance):<\/strong> This is the upper line of the triangle. If ETH breaks above this level, the price could move higher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$2,200 (Strong Resistance):<\/strong> Earlier, this level was support, but after the breakdown, it has become resistance. Sellers may appear here again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$2,700 \u2013 $2,800 (Major Resistance):<\/strong> This is a very strong level on the chart. If ETH ever moves above this area, the trend could start turning bullish again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Important_Support_Levels\"><\/span><strong>Important Support Levels<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>$1,800 (Immediate Support):<\/strong> ETH has bounced from this level a few times recently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$1,600 \u2013 $1,700 (Next Support Zone):<\/strong> If $1,800 breaks, the price may drop to this area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>$1,100 \u2013 $1,200 (Major Long-Term Support):<\/strong> This is a very strong historical support level where buyers have entered in the past.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Possible_Next_Moves\"><\/span><strong>Possible Next Moves<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since ETH is inside a triangle, the next big move will likely happen only after a breakout with high volume:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>If ETH breaks above $2,100, price could move towards $2,200 \u2013 $2,400\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If ETH breaks below $1,800, price could drop towards $1,700 \u2013 $1,500<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simple_Market_View\"><\/span><strong>Simple Market View<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Short-term: Neutral (moving sideways)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medium-term: Bearish (trend is still down)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Right now, ETH is not clearly bullish yet. It is just consolidating after a big drop.
