ZebPay Web3 Pitch Program

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the ZebPay Web3 Pitch Program (“Program”) organized by Awlencan Innovations India Limited (“ZebPay”). The Program is intended to identify, showcase, and support promising Web3 builders, developers, startups, and innovators building within the Ethereum ecosystem.

By submitting an application to the Program and/or participating in any part thereof, each applicant agrees to be bound by these T&Cs, including any amendments or updates made by ZebPay at its sole discretion.

By providing personal data, Applicants consent to its collection, storage, processing, and use by ZebPay for administering the Program, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”) and ZebPay’s Privacy Notice.

1. Program Overview

The Program supports high potential Web3 projects through mentorship, networking, strategic exposure, and potential financial support. It is open to Ethereum developers, early-stage startups, solo builders, indie hackers, and hackathon teams with prototypes, MVPs, or strong ideas.

ZebPay may, at its sole discretion, allocate a support fund of up to USD 100,000 for selected Participants. Nothing herein obligates ZebPay to deploy any portion of the fund.

2. Program Timeline and Venue

Applications remain open until October 1, 2026. Shortlisted projects may be announced around October 15, 2026. Selected Participants may be invited to in-person pitch sessions from November 3–6, 2026 at Jio World Centre, Mumbai, in connection with Devcon 8 by the Ethereum Foundation.

ZebPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, building on Ethereum or Ethereum-aligned protocols, and must submit a complete and accurate application. ZebPay reserves the sole right to determine eligibility and reject any application without assigning reasons.

4. Application Process

Applications must be submitted through the official ZebPay Program page. Submission does not guarantee shortlisting, participation, or funding. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

5. Intellectual Property

Applicants retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property. By submitting, each Applicant grants ZebPay a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Submitted Materials for evaluation and Program administration. This does not constitute a transfer of IP rights.

6. Selection Process

Applications are evaluated on the following criteria:

ZebPay may shortlist up to ten (10) projects. All decisions are final, binding, and non-contestable.

7. Support Fund and Program Benefits

Shortlisted Participants may receive mentorship, networking, and ecosystem exposure. Financial support may be extended at ZebPay’s sole discretion and is subject to separate agreements. Selection does not create any legally binding right to funding.

8. Participant Conduct and Disqualification

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and ethically. ZebPay reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who breaches these T&Cs, violates applicable law, or acts prejudicial to the integrity of the Program.

9. Confidentiality

Participants receiving confidential information agree to maintain its confidentiality and not disclose it without ZebPay’s prior written consent. ZebPay may require shortlisted Participants to sign a separate NDA.

10. Promotional Rights

By participating, each Applicant grants ZebPay the irrevocable right to use their name, project name, logos, and publicly available project information for promotion of the Program across any media worldwide without further consent or compensation.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Program does not constitute an offer or commitment of funding. ZebPay disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

12. Indemnity

Each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ZebPay, its affiliates, directors, and employees from any claims or expenses arising from participation in the Program, breach of these T&Cs, or violation of applicable law.

13. Force Majeure

ZebPay shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, cyber incidents, or government actions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

15. General Provisions

ZebPay reserves the right to amend or withdraw these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between ZebPay and Participants with respect to the Program.
