Hiring Process

Our Hiring process has been defined in these simple steps:

Application: Want to be the part of the growing team, send us your application by applying to the relevant role from our current open position or write to us at careers@zebpay.comm
Screening: Our talent acquisition team will be screening the CVs and shortlisting the profile basis on role alignment with your expertise.
Assessment: Different roles have different requirements; Talent Acquisition team will keep you posted if the role you applied for requires an assessment.
Interview: Our Internal Experts will have a formal conversation about the role expectations and will know about your experience and assess you for the respective role in one or more ways- In person interview/video call/phone.
Decision: Our Team will contact directly and convey the decision about the entire process.
Offer and Onboarding: With immense pleasure and open hearts, we welcome you to our Ohana. Our HR Ops team will be guiding and helping you throughout your Onboarding Journey.
