SEC Officially Approves 11 Bitcoin ETFs

The Securities and Exchange Commission has officially approved 11 Spot Bitcoin ETF applications. This comes after months of anticipation. This approval effectively opens the doors for investors in the equity markets to gain exposure to Bitcoin through stock exchanges. These 11 Spot Bitcoin ETF applications could be available for trading from as early as 11th Jan. The exchanges which enable trading of Spot ETFs are Chicago Board Options Exchange(CBOE), NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange(NYSE).
