Roles and Responsibilities:
- Core deliverables:
Drive process automation
Identify process automation opportunities in service and contact center operations
Play the role of business analyst to document process for automation and the role of RPA expert in building the automation solution (hands on role)
Must Haves:
Experience in developing and deploying at least 2 automation projects.
Should have played the role of developer and should have been hands on with RPA tools
Desirables:

Ability to conceptualize the big picture
Flexibility - This is a hands-on role
- Technical Expertise
Proficient in UiPath and Excel VBA macros - Experience
4 to 8 years of experience - Education
Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
Professional qualification is preferred
