Roles & Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with a dev lead to co-lead a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, PM and Marketing team.
- You will work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones
- You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behaviour to maximise business benefit
- Communicating technical, product and progress information to technical and business users
- Working with sales, marketing, business development, evangelism and beyond to drive the product to market success.
- Understand the overall product/tech strategy, Influence the cross functional team to align on the initiative, showcase an entrepreneurial mindset in solving the underlying product/tech challenge
Experience and skills required :
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes & coordinating releases
- 9+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- 4+ years of technical program management experience
- Deep hands-on technical expertise in managing complex projects to successful delivery
- Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development,project architectures.
- Software development experience in Linux, Java, building web services and highly scalable applications
- Solve problems by always leading with deep passion and empathy for customers.
- Must have led large, multi-team technical programs / initiatives that addressed enPMId customer’s pain points / business outcomes directly.
- Startup experience will be a plus.
- Preferred relevant certification – PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent
- Continuously drive excellence in program management fundamentals to build best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability & desire to explore new technologies.
