You:
With the rapid growth of blockchain globally and other long-term initiatives, the successful candidate will be working with bleeding-edge technology in an internationally established team, while having great attention to detail, being a strong team player, and having excellent communication skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan & deliver designs —wireframes, prototypes, or designs — focus on what you do best first, and you’ll have the opportunity to sharpen the skills you’re looking to develop
- Build, coach and manage the design team across all competencies (CX, UX, UI, research)
- Define the creative and design vision and principles for the company and the experience delivered by its products
- Set up and lead design thinking sessions to help drive creative problem solving and product creation
- Coordinate with the Product and Engineering Team to align and drive the end-to-end project delivery
- Monitor and drive the team to utilize the latest relevant methods, tools and trends
Requirements:
- Experience in the core and latest UX/UI design disciplines, principals, methodologies, and trends with hands-on experience in delivering world-class designs
- Should know how to use Figma & ProtoPie
- Proven track record in leading and managing sizable design teams across multiple disciplines
- Must have experience in designing screens for Mobile Apps with some exposure to Web screen designs.
- Hands-on experience in establishing and managing holistic design systems across multiple teams
- Passion for user-centred design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people. Self-motivated, organized and accountable.
- Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines and have worked with fast paced start-up.
- Excellent communication skills for internal alignment and presentations
